Once you have found a rental property you are interested in, please follow the steps below:
- Visit the neighborhood
Drive by and check out the neighborhood of the rental(s) you're interested in.
- Fill out a rental application
Pick up a rental application at our office or download
it online.
- Submit a credit report
If you can provide a current credit report, there is no fee. Once a year, you can obtain a free credit report at www.annualcreditreport.com.
If you would like us to run one for you, we charge $15.00 per person.
- Schedule a showing
Once your application is approved, we will schedule a showing of the property.
